PLEASE NOTE! ALL 4-H EXHIBIT HALL ENTRIES NEED TO BE IN BY 2PM ON TUESDAY, 8/11. WE HOPE THIS ALLOWS FAMILIES WITH LIVESTOCK HAUL-IN TO MINIMIZE THEIR TRIPS TO THE FAIRGROUNDS. THIS PERTAINS TO 4-H FAMILIES, ONLY. THANK YOU!
Pick-up time for exhibit entries is 4 - 6pm Sunday, Aug. 16th. Late pick up is avaiable Monday, August 17th. All Exhibits not retrieved by 5pm Aug 17th will be subject to disposal.
HOW TO ENTER YOUR EXHIBITS
Bring your exhibits to the appropriate area by the time
and date listed above.
4-H Division and Open Class exhibitors please see the
2009 Premium Book
for details.
Fill out all the information on the entry card. Make sure
the department, class and lot numbers are listed the same
as the premium book information, describe the article as
per
the wording in the premium book. Look under the Department
heading for your exhibit.
Animal entries have a separate entry form (check the last
pages of the premium book). Check entry for fees and correct
mailing
information (entry forms are not all the same).
NOTE:
All entry forms and premium books are available at the Skamania
County Fair office, Skamania County Parks and Recreation, WSU Cooperative Extension offices, Skamania
County Chamber of Commerce and local businesses prior to
fair. You are encouraged to fill out entry forms in advance
of entry.
